Founded and operating as an international organization, Investkredit International Bank PLC is guided by the intergovernmental Agreement Establishing the Investkredit International Bank, initially established on July 10, 1970, and registered with the United Nations Secretariat on December 1, 1971, under number 11417. This agreement, together with the Bank’s Charter, which is an integral part of our founding treaty, has been periodically updated to reflect our evolving mission and commitment.
Strategy
At the 107th Council Meeting of Investkredit International Bank PLC, held in Bucharest on June 26-27, 2017, a significant milestone was reached. This gathering marked a pivotal moment for the Bank’s future, as it reflected the momentum gained from a major reform in 2012 that revitalized our operations.
With this renewed focus, the Strategy for 2018-2022 was launched to drive substantial development impact, setting the stage for growth that fosters connectivity, innovation, and sustainable progress among our member states.
